Located a few minutes from the centre of Udon Thani, our property is in a very quiet and peaceful area which is part of the village of Nong Na Kahm.
The house is about 14-15 years old.
The roads all around are narrow country roads, in good condition, and when two cars pass each other you really have to slow down.
There are a few small grocery shops (minmart) where you can easily stock up.
The traffic is really very fluid and far from resembling city traffic, and the lack of traffic is even lessened by the fact that the house is at the end of the driveway, 100 metres away. That's how quiet it is at night (and even during the day).
When you are in the lane leading to the house, on the right are fields (former rice paddies) frequented by buffalo herds (photo below).
On the left are a number of houses along the wall. These neighbouring houses are part of the Ban Sookasem housing estate.
Leaving the property, which is about 500m from Hwy 22 (Udon Thani-Sakon Nakhon), you can easily get to Udon Thani.
